As a teacher and a school counsellor, I have had the privilege of witnessing how daring, trying and having good conversations unearth incredible strengths in all of us.

My coaching journey began two years ago when I enrolled in ILCA to learn the art of language coaching. Under the supervision of two incredibly professional and inspiring teachers, Gabriella and Carrie, I acquired techniques and approaches that changed my classroom reality forever. But not only, thanks to the training I received at ILCA, a shift had also taken place in my conversations, in the way I approached ‘problems’ and how I conducted the yearly assessment interviews with the teachers I was supervising.

The coaching bug was here to stay!

In October 2025, I started my next training course with Solutions Academy. This time, my objective was to widen my coaching range and begin the journey towards ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation. For four months, I was learning from a group of admirable experts and trained with my peers, many of whom have become good friends and tireless supporters.

After twenty years in education and two coaching courses, I’ve decided to share the magic of coaching and invite fellow educators into my coaching space, where you can pause, reflect, and plan your next step.
