What should I do?

So what should I do?

In one of my coaching training sessions, the focus was on decision making.
We observed and analysed a training video in which a coach supported the client through a process of making up their mind. It was beautiful to watch for many reasons, but especially the following …

As the session progressed, it felt as if the fog was lifting.

Contours emerged. New perspectives appeared. Darkness was pierced by rays of light.

The skillfully timed and phrased questions of the coach worked like a crystal ball that made the client peek into the future, and see the once-the-decision-was-taken reality. As more and more metaphorical stones were upturned, the client saw what had been holding them back. More often than not, these were the infamous limiting beliefs that had been festering in the shadows, but crumbled in the daylight.

A little more than a week ago, life threw me a curveball. Now what?
What should I do? What on Earth should I do now?

I am lucky to have a group of peers who can coach when it gets foggy.

And just like in the training video, as the session progressed, the fog lifted, and I began to see what was needed at that particular moment.

Are you sitting on a fence?
Is it too foggy to see which way to go?
Do you feel it’s time to decide, but simply cannot do it?

Try a session with me, and experience the magic of coaching.
